Some kind soul has done a great work and made available over 50 episodes of the Classic Albums docu-series on the Internet Archive.

I'd seen a few of these on various streaming services over the years; the ones that stick out in my memory are for Dark Side of the Moon (Pink Floyd), Paranoid (Black Sabbath), and Rumours (Fleetwood Mac). This is the sort of thing I always wished we would get from VH1 Behind the Music--some of the personal drama (especially in Rumours), too, but a lot of the actual production of the music with recording techniques and problems they had to overcome. Some of them really make you appreciate the digital age.

    Anyway, linkage: https://archive.org/details/classic-albums-episodes/

This is such a great series, I will definatly have to go check it out.

I'd seen a few of these on various streaming services over the years; the ones
that stick out in my memory are for Dark Side of the Moon (Pink Floyd),

The dark side of the moon one is my favorite show of the series. Roger gets on my nerves in a way with his smirky remarks he makes sometimes, but truthfully, Pink Floyd would not have been what it was without out him and his writing. He is/was very politically motivated and his writings were all just an extension of who he was and what he was thinking at the time.

And the show itself showcasing just a tiny bit of his brilliant "tinkering" with new tools and toys to create. coupled with Davids brilliant guitar, and voice, No I'm not going to leave out Nick, or Rick either, they are all just brilliant.

If you havent seen the Live at the Pompeii videos on youtube (the old ones, no t the new release from david) It has a lot more of the behind the scenes from the canteen and studio. I'm sure you've probably seen it though.
