It looks like things are mounting up for all those who were involved in the hoax.

I have been listening to a few people on Barry and his Immunity.

One person said... That Barry should be "arrested" and charged with a crime and in doing so, Barry will claim Immunity.

It'll push the fact and then the courts can hear arguments and decide.

Someone else said... If Barry had/has Immunity he doesn't have it as a private citizen. So, ask him to testify in a Grand Jury and if you catch him in a lie clobber him.

I'm leaning more towards the Democrat way... Vote to impeach him, thus stripping him of use of Immunity. In doing so we can make him accountable if thats where the facts lead.

That would be nice. Like I said, my understanding is that Immunity is only for official acts. He's not immune from consequences of his unofficial acts. But it would be nice for the courts to rule - if we can find an impartial judge.

IHMO: He'll get off. It will be too difficult.

I'd like to see the courts to rule that Osama is not a natural born citizen, therefore ineligible to be President in the first place and declaring his Presidency to be null and void. Since he wasn't President, there is no Presidential Immunity for his actions.

Subpoena... They'll get him to testify on Hillary, things surrounding the Russia collusion and if he lies about that... get him on that.

I think they should impeach him so that he's stripped of his Immunity and then process it. This is more constitutional.

Where it stands now though, and I hear you, the left says he's immune... What the DOJ needs to do is indict and arrest Barry so that he makes that claim. Until then it's mental masturbation.
