Hi Andrew!
I read through your message that you sent to help me with my Ele/OS2 fossil issue. I have a question about your instructioon to enable port sharing
between OS/2 and DOS. You instructed me to add Os2Shares to the SIO2K.SYS command line in CONFIG.SYS. I can not find Os2Shares mentioned in the docs
for SIO2K. Do I simple add it like this:
device=C:\sio2k\sio2k.sys Os2Shares

Sorry if this is a dumb question but my config.sys is like a minefield.
Usually i don't touch it as any small mistake results in a system that will
not boot. OS/2 is a pain to boot into safe mode to fix errors!

you can boot a command line from the install cd and you can fix config.sys from there :)

The best way I have found is to send a key sequence when OS/2 is booting up
but the timing is tricky and it doesn't work every time. Once I get it to
boot I open config.sys with "E" and fix the offending line.
