I really did not expect that to end as well as it did.

    Almost straight on into Armco.

Grover Cleveland, though constantly at loggerheads with the
Senate, got on better with the House of Representatives. A popular
story circulating during his presidency concerned the night he was
roused by his wife crying, "Wake up! I think there are burglars in the
    house."
"No, no, my dear," said the president sleepily, "in the Senate
    maybe,
    but not in the House."

Seeing Romain in the medical car was the biggest reason to celebrate

    Wow.

Horror, then relief (seeing him in the medical car) and then horror at the wreckage.

It looks like he was jumping BACK onto the track. At first blush that
suggests he went THROUGH the barrier.

Just amazing at how good these cars and drivers are from the safety perspective.

barriers at a track entry point are at a weird angle these days for some reason (similar incidents in wtcc and btcc this year) - the barrier angles need changing back to kimi at silverstone days.
more fire extinguishers for marshals and bigger ones (only one track marshal seemed to have one and it wasn't doing much good compared to the other ones that eventually got there by car).
remove the fire extinguisher safety pins on the parade lap (i can't remember how many times i've witnessed nervous marshals fiddling about to remove them once a fire starts) - the actually safety pin purpose makes premature removal hardly a hazard for the duration of the race.

I don't drive racing cars, but I can't imagine it was comfortable sitting in the pitlane seeing those pictures so I give him a pass for not having the

I also suppose the pitlane is a busy place in between restarts so
its difficult for him to put himself in the place of the rest of us who
