I made a blindingly obvious comment somewhere that LH's Merc wasn't set up/didn't suit GR for the Sakhuir GP.
Alan Baker stupidly said "how do you know/prove that"??
Well, GR has now said:
"If Russell does race for Mercedes this weekend, he explained that he would tune the W11 more to his liking, rather than HamiltonrCOs, to get the most out of the car.
rCLLast Friday was all about learning, taking in all the information, learning the procedures and what have you,rCY he explained.
rCLThis weekend, Friday will be about improving the car, tuning the set-up to my driving. I think my engineers have already understood my way of working, my way of driving. So we can try to tailor the car more to my needs as last weekend I was ultimately running with LewisrCOs set-up, which is obviously a very good baseline, but IrCOm not Lewis, and I need slightly different needs to extract more from myself and the team.rCY

I suggest you read what I write a little more closely.
When I express something about which I'm not completely sure, I almost
always make that plain.

There are most certainly threads where you promote you opinion as if they were fact & certain other posters debate this with you
ad nauseam and going nowhere.
You will note I don't join in on these bundles, as you are probably
correct as often as you are wrong (allowing for certain biases).

seemed relatively small, Hamilton blamed some of the messiness in
practice yesterday on those changes:

I think you'll find that Hamilton was speaking figuratively; that what
he was really saying is that his FEEL was off. Hence, "I am working MY
way back to where I am comfortable with it." [emphasis mine].
The teams keep track of every change made to the car's setup (because,
among other things, as any change is made to the car, any spare part for >that car is also adjusted to be ready when they need to use it), so if
they made any changes for George, they could have just just unmade them.
