Hey all .. if peeps are out there.

Just wanted to throw it out there .. watching the NFL this year is
weird without fans, but glad we have football to watch. Unfortunately,
man, my team really sucks this year (cringe).

    Yeah I agree.

I watch the news at night, and seeing the Aussie Football, and Tennis with an empty stadium is just plain strange.

I wonder how the players feel as well?

What was *REALLY* strange for me last night, was watching the
Tampa Bay Lightning win the Stanley Cup. As is traditional, they
pass it from player to player, and each hoists it above his head
while skating a few circles, in order to show it off to the
    screaming, adoring fans.

Except....there were no fans. Very very strange to see. I don't
like the team, but I almost felt sorry for them.

... As a matter of fact, it IS a banana in my pocket.

My apologies for the long delayed reply; I somehow missed this message,
as my broken hand healed, I did quite a bit of skimming but not
    replying.

So I'm a huge Denver Bronco fan, and my team sucks this year, but I
really don't care as it's just nice to watch them play. I will say
though .. the stadium is limited to 2700 fans (I think) and may be
going "fanless" for the remainder of the year. Instead, you can "buy"
a cardboard cut out of a fan to sit in a seat!?!?! It looks
ridiculous. HOWEVER, this past home game, some group got together and
had bought a seat for the entire cast of South Park, which was
    hilarious.

As for watching it on TV, as long as they don't show the empty seats,
the fake crowd noise is good enough watching from home, with one
exception I've noticed -- usually when the "away team" scores against
the "home team" the crowd does not cheer -- apparently the fake crowd
noise is being very sensitive to trigger anyone during 2020 lol!
