    speeds up to terminal velocity, with and without DRS activated.

    The "rule" that no aerodynamic device can move is clearly a physical impossibility, so they created load tests to let teams know where the
    limits on movement are set.

    In principle, this is in no way different than the fact that the 85mm
    rule about DRS gap specifies a force (10 Newtons, if I recall; about
    2.24 pounds) at which the gauge cannot pass through the opening. If it
    won't at 10N, but will at 10.001N, it's legal. There is no doubt that
    that element flexes as well, and if the AoA (angle of attack) of the
    flap is such that it experiences and upward force, then at high speed,
    the gap might be more than 85mm.

    BUT IT WOULD STILL BE LEGAL!
