    once he learns how to not crash so often. And when he gets old enough to

    He has had his moments but they were just moments and he has definitely underperformed the car. He should be putting the car in the top 10 at
    least as often as Gasly is in the top 7. In the last 10 races he has
    scored twice while Gasly was in the top 7 six times; so not just early
    season struggles either. He is quite hot headed and emotional and that
    is not a good fit in F1. I would say he's got potential but needs the
    right life coach or whatever they call themselves this week. They all
    seem to have one nowadays.

    (or similar...).

    Rooky of the Year but then the other two were stuck in the Haas pos so it's impossible to judge them fairly.
