    I was checking in the Spanish resources back in the previous and following days on the match ESP-ITA. No information related about any injure/sanction for Camarasa.
    On the other hand, I found some information from the Italian newspaper L'Unit|a and rsssf Italy National Team.
    About l'Unit|a, it started the first days of competition adding the unused substitutes, but... stopped doing that for the following matches.

    I think we will be stuck with those four from 1970 for a while.
    I have been checking Corriere de la Sera for 1994. For some strange reason, the day before a game, they published what they predicted would be the starting line-up and the subs. However, the day after, when the actual game's summary was supposed to be printed, they only showed the starters and the players who came on as subsitutes.

    Apologies for being out of the loop on this for a while (new job, other stuff going on, etc), so it fell quite a way down my list of priorities.
    I have managed to find the substitutes list for the Romania - Czechoslovakia match in 1970 (via the Rude Pravo newspaper)
    ROM: 1-Raducanu, 6-Coe, 13-Deleanu, 14-Gergely, 17-Tataru
    CZE: 10-Adamec, 12-Pivarnik, 13-Flesar, 16-Hrdlicka, 18-Vesely
    That now leaves just 3 matches from 1970 (or 2.5 as we have the Swedish substitutes in their match against Israel).

    Belgium v El Salvador (Polleunis [BEL] and Cortes + Semeno [ELS] were the used substitutes)

    Me neither. The Corriere provides excellent information the day before but nothing good on the day of the game or the day after. They show the tentative bench on the article the day before but do not confirm it after the day was played.
    Team, I recently changed jobs so I have not been able to work on this. As of last tally, we have 1994 pending and three games from 1970, correct? Has anyone made any headway on this?

    Apologies for being out of the loop on this for a while (new job, other stuff going on, etc), so it fell quite a way down my list of priorities.

    I have managed to find the substitutes list for the Romania - Czechoslovakia match in 1970 (via the Rude Pravo newspaper)

    ROM: 1-Raducanu, 6-Coe, 13-Deleanu, 14-Gergely, 17-Tataru
    CZE: 10-Adamec, 12-Pivarnik, 13-Flesar, 16-Hrdlicka, 18-Vesely

    That now leaves just 3 matches from 1970 (or 2.5 as we have the Swedish substitutes in their match against Israel).

    Group One
    Belgium v El Salvador (Polleunis [BEL] and Cortes + Semeno [ELS] were the used substitutes)
    Soviet Union v Belgium (Lovchev + Kiselyov [URS] were the used substitutes, Belgium made no substitutions)

    Group Two
    Sweden v Israel (Shuruk was the used substitute for Israel, and we know all of the Swedish subs: 13-Cronqvistm, 14-Kristensson, 17-Pettersson, 19-Nicklasson, 22-Palsson)
